Thanks for not going 50 miles offshore to rescue my family yesterday.� My 8year old son was on that boat for 7 hours after they had fished their limit. Thankfully my cousin was able to rig the motors & my uncle drove the boat back using the throttles & my husband and cousin held the motors straight. We thought calling you.... as a member... you would help them. A mother's worries is not something you want to make happen �#nothankstoseatowmobile #thankyouGod

SEATOW MOBILE Chose not to come get us Sunday with 7 onboard with a 8 year old 50 miles offshore. We had zero steering and was told to manually steer the 50 miles back by holding the motors (two and with the throttles!!
Very poor service and after years of gold membership, no action to come get us was their ultimate decision and to prioritize our need of recovery behind others!!
You have to wonder if the decision to rescue others who called who "potentially were not paying members like us" to gain more profit!! Again I don't know the whole story but I was the one 50 miles out with limited ways to get back to shore! This membership was paid for years as the backup plan in the event we had mechanical issues we couldn't repair at sea!!
I STRONGLY SUGGEST LOOKING INTO THIS BACK UP PLAN BEFORE YOU MAKE THIS PURCHASE!!
Shame on you Seatow Mobile!! Shame on you!!
