Metro PCS, Thank you for hiring James to work and respectfully represent your company. I just switched my service from a T-Mobile store close by and was getting ripped off. I can't be any happier because this man knows the product,the service, the local economy and he knows and helps people in our area!!! Since getting his help several family members have switched to a more economical plan to help when times are tough. This guy was helpful to a customer that was ahead of me and the customer thanked him for knowing his craft. Well Done Metro PCS, and well done Mr. James!

Miss Tootie Fruitie and Miss Ty, gave exceptional customer service at this location. I have never been happier in the seven and a half years I've been a MetroPCS customer. Unfortunately, my phone got dropped into both a water damage and lawn mower situation, and they took care of me providing me with this amazing phone, screen protector, and phone protector case. I enjoyed their company so much that it was my pleasure to buy them lunch. Peace and Smiles!

Terrible company to do business with. I was with this company for 5 years and had multiple phones tablets and internet. Always paid my bill in full but they could never help me when I needed to know why my internet or phones were not working. Terrible customer service and terrible phone service. Just don’t do it especially at the Theodore Dawes location

Wasn't pleased with the gentleman s attitude or the young Lady who was working labor day weekend. Sat & Sunday. Very Rude. Andy if u take advantage of a customer's credit card. Charging them whatever you decide without letting customers know exactly what there being charges for.. You shouldn't be working there.cuz if u do it to one customer that means you'll do it again to someone else. God don't like Ugly js

Customer Service sucks. They never pick up the phone. Also it says the are open but just went and the doors are locked with nobody in there.

I'm mad at the company. I go to walk in and pay my bill and I was told that next month I would charged an extra $5 on my bill, just for me to walk in and pay my bill! I don't see why I must be charged extra just for walking in instead of paying online. I will be looking for another phone company.
