Went to store to pick out white trim and they hand us screws to compare to our main siding stating polar white is there brightest white. Contractor orders 3500 in trim and it’s gray! Dixie states that it is what it is and the screws they handed us for color matching was from another company. So now we have white windows grey trim and white screws in trim! Then they charge for a bigger sample of main tin to see if we can live with the terrible trim color!

Evidently they have a no mask wearing policy because I walked in the front door yesterday and no employee had one on and no customer did either. I turned around and left and wont be back.

The absolute worst customer service in the back lumber yard area that I have ever seen. I would expect this from middle school children that didn't know any better. Upper management and owners should open their eyes and not be scared to do away with some of the trash that infects your business. Not only will I stop shopping there but I will also let my friends in the construction business know of my experience.

I have never heard of a hardware store that would not let you pick out your own lumber. Because of this, we will NEVER purchase any more building materials from here.
