There are not a lot of phone choices available at this store for starters. And the employees weren't trained to do everything with all the information necessary by their higher ups. The higher ups should at least have a way for all employees to figure out every issue that could come up. But they were able to finally figure it out while keeping us in good, amusing, company.

No internet in Cricket Wireless today. I will try again at another time. Thais was apologetic, however she was unable to control the situation. They had plumbing issues.

The cricket store on highway 90 by the Domino's Pizza it is the worst cricket store I've been into yet man wasting my time very disrespectful just total total I mean I'm so thrown off on cricket I'll never get cricket again

OMFG It's not one incident , it's everytime I have ever been in this store.Complete lack of professionalism and resolve,as they can never assist me in anything f r om paying a bill to buying a phone. Either the computers are down(the previous two visits) or they don't have what is advertised. The sad part is it doesn't matter who is in charge,same results.

I didn't understand how to work my new phone, I want to tell everyone this store stays busy but no matter what my problem is and most of the time my problem is small but no matter how small or big they always take time up with me, teach me things about my phone. I want to say that Cornelius and Ms.Debbie always go far and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my new phone and service. I wish thier was more people like Cornelius and Ms.Debbie in this world ??‼️
