“I would say the best in town.I had a really nice experience at Precision. My car has been misfiring and had some issues related to engine and fuel combustion. Some other "big shops" told us an estimate of more 2 grands to repair the engine, without even a detailed inspection.Then We went to precision and met this awesome person Richard there and literally in 10 minutes he inspected the engine thoroughly and gave us an estimate that was affordable to us. More over, within 1 hour he was able to get everything done, and got our car back.We are so happy with our experience and i would make this store as my go-to auto repair shop and would recommend to you all. They have exclusive discounts for veterans, firefighters etc and is a veteran owned business.”
“This Safelite honored their warranty on replacing a previously installed front window when what seemed like a sideways thermal crack occurred just a few weeks after install. I wasn't sure they were going to honor it, and was preparing to just have an ugly window on a car I'm still paying for - ( because I was not about to pay another $500 deductible) Thankfully, they replaced it under the warranty and my car looks great again. Thank you to Safelite and the awesome manager there who helped me and put my car safely back on the road with another windshield. They are a solid company. If you need a new windshield and solid service, check them out please. One star loss for the front desk lady. She just didn't want to be bothered and told us it likely wouldn't get replaced under warranty.

“Our favorite Rich’s in town. We pay for a monthly membership and we almost always go to this location! Always fully staffed, clean, great wash and great service. The manager at this location (forgot to get his name.. dark hair, neatly trimmed facial hair) is outstanding. I’m not sure if he’s new but he has whipped this location into SHAPE. He has helped my husband and I a few times and he is as sharp as a tack. Love it here!”
“Amazing work! My Monday ended with a rock hitting the windshield of my Baby... my two month old 2023 Mini Cooper S. I have a bit of OCD and was bummed that the car would no longer be 'perfect.' Insurance set up my appointment for Wednesday afternoon and I wish there were more than 5 stars. Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was! Stuff like this is pretty common where I live but I'm going to sleep a little better knowing what these guys in Mobile are capable of.”
