Service Manager, Jody, and Service Clerk, Chelsea, were exceptional when I had an "on trip" emergency. Jody went above and beyond to be sure my camper was road-worthy and safe after having wheel-bearings seize and explode to the point that my wheel was smokng/ burning ? by the time I was notified by another driver (I couldn'tsee the smoke in my mirror until I was practically stopped). Many thanks for the anonymous driver who alerted me. Luckily I had a gallon of water in my truck that I put out then fire with. At that point, liiterally, the wheel was just sitting on the spindle and, of course, couldn't be driven from where I was pulled over.While the wheel was was fixable in just a few hours, Jody spent the rest of the day repairing all the damage done by a shister towing company, that lied and said they knew how to load a camper onto a flatbed tow-truck. Thr towing damages made up 2/3rds of the total repair bill. (Needless to say- Never use Gibby's Towing in Mobile, AL.)A huge THANK YOU to Jody and Blue Compass RV for getting me back on the road safe and sound.And, since they have 108 RV centers around the nation, they will now be my permanent go-to for all things RV!

Highly recommend! Rachel, James, Ted, Jody, all were fantastic and answered all of our questions. We got a great price on a great unit and we could not be happier!

Frank, bar none is the Best salesperson I have ever worked with. He didn't just sell me an RV, Frank sold me what I wanted and asked for. When the only 1 available was currently under contract he found and had brought in from out of state what I requested. I highly recommend Frank. Was a great place to buy a RV from. Bought our 2nd. RV from them now that they're Blue Compass and can't get them to call me back with service issues. Won't make the mistake and buy from them again.....

Great dealership. Haven’t purchased yet, not quite there, but did spend some time with JB in the sales department. He did a great job at answering all of my questions, and giving me a rundown of what to expect. Will definitely return and purchase from JB when I do.

Thank you all!Would do business here again, and would highly recommend them to others.*************I want to append this review as of today, October 26, 2023. We had reserved a particularly beautiful site in a favorite campground in Florida a year ahead and we’re especially looking forward to taking our new camper from B&R. But there turned out to be a problem with the hitch coupling. We told B&R about there reservation. They threw all hands on deck to make sure we would make our reservation. They pulled it off, went out of their way, and I’m confident they would do it again.Wonderful people

What a breath of fresh air! Great job today! They got we right in and repaired what needed to be fixed! I can continue my planned trip on schedule! Everybody was super friendly and service advisor - Jody - did a fabulous job!The facility was super clean and they were well organized!

Jb Peterson was a delightful young man to work with. Seemed knowledgeable in his field. J.b answered all our questions without hesitation. It was nice to see someone smiling and happy to help. Will definitely refer my friend or friends who are looking to buy a secondary home , we are in the outdoors all spring and summer. Bonus was we have the same last name. These people DO NOT stand by ac unit products! We bought a BRAND NEW FRESHJET SERIES AC UNIT AND 40 days later it’s not working!!! I called Michael at B&R Camper sales and got NO HELP!!! These people are DISPICABLE!!! do not buy anything from this store.!!! Make sure you read and look at your receipt when you leave too RIDICULOUS STATEMENT on the refund policy!! $1500 so I’m going to have to see them in civil court

Todd and his staff gave us absolutely WONDERFUL service. They worked quickly and super efficiently to get the replacement window installed on our RV. In addition, they went above and beyond when we asked him to check out some other things before we started out on our cross-country trek. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Todd, the Service Department and the staff at B & R RV Sales & Service for all your RVing needs! They are definitely a "10+" rating!!!

I came to the parts house and I was confused at first because they had a different sign up but when I started talking to the parts people they were very helpful and knowledgeable about my domestic fridge and got me a new board for it
