“We rented a car hauler (uhaul) in Tennessee to tow a car home to Florida. On the way home 1 of the tires shredded. We pulled off the interstate and were trying to get uhaul roadside service to come help when Damien pulled up on his motorcycle. He was a blessing to us! He got our tire changed in no time flat, swapped it out with one of his uhaul trailer tires on the lot and we were back on the road. We are so thankful for him stopping to help us! His shop was closed and he was done for the day but he still stopped to help! Thanks again Damien!!!”

“OK Tire has taken care of my car on multiple occasions and every time I have been more than pleased. They are kind, patient, and thorough and, as someone who is not car savvy, I trust that they are doing the best thing for me and my car.

I took my car in today because my service light was on and the car said I needed brake fluid. After dropping it off, I got a call a bit later and they told me that my fluid levels were good, as were my brake pads. The service light was merely an automatic reminder based on mileage. When I went to pick it up, 3 things happened.

1. They greeted me by name and talked about meeting my wife (by name) the week before when she dropped off my car for a tire patch.
2. They didn’t charge me a dime. Not one single dime. Not even for investigating.
3. When I got in my car, I realized they reset my service light (which is a pain in a bmw). That means that someone sat outside in this heat advisory weather and spent time resetting my computer for NO money.
