Great bank but the only thing I think should change is the hours at least stay open til 5pm and Saturdays til 12pm. Again very nice, friendly people. Love my Guardian Credit in Tallassee ?

I am very pleased with the services that I have received from Guardian Credit Union in Tallassee. I am very impressed with the staff and officers in this branch. They are professional and courteous and knowledgeable about the task they perform. I have banked with several other banks and credit unions throughout my business endeavors, but Guardian is the best in my opinion. My plans are to invite other family members and friends to consider the banking services at Guardian Credit Union.Thank you for your outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, this place is a joke for a loan. not even the tellers will pick up the phone and the only phone number they give you is the answering service. which is useless. they don't like communicating at all. through phone call, email, text etc. terrible customer service

Whatever you do, do not do business with Guardian Credit Union. I got my car loan through them and after sending in a check with my last coupon I called to be sure everything was paid in full. They didn’t call back for a month (During which time we tried calling several times.) and then they reported a missed payment on my credit. It impacted my mortgage rate and my next car loan. I received an apology letter and a promise that they would fix it, which they never did. Guardian has been negligent and incompetent business in my dealings with them. I see their responses to negative reviews and see right through it. Talk is cheap with them. Take your business else where.

Whatever you do, do NOT go here to get a loan. We sent our information on September 30, 2020, they ran our credit (thanks for the hard inquiry, by the way), and we never received a call back from April, by Friday, October 9, 2020. Yesterday, we called three times, when we finally got through to someone, we sat on hold for 45 minutes and then were told we would be listed as “high importance” and they would make sure we would receive a call back from April. We NEVER received a call! So, we went to Max Credit Union and within 45 minutes (yes, you read that right - 45 minutes) we had a loan!! I am more upset at the fact that April ran our credit and yet, she never once called us and went completely MIA. If you are not going to call us back then how about you give us the decency to not run our credit!! Someone in management needs to look into this employee. There is no excuse for this!!

Well after being on the phone for several hours this morning to get the information to go to the bank that is closed during this stressful situation the find out all the time I wasted on something that makes no sense could not stop payment because they said it came from my debit card instead of my account but it all comes from my account so I was overdrawn here I am a single mom and the girl at the window could care less and again I had already talked to Geico then someone at guardian had Geico fax them something several several hours wasted SMH after I was told over the phone to get letter faxed & it would be taken care ugh just what I needed in this already hard time

At the Tallassee branch there one helpful and friendly person. All the rest are just rule repeaters. I changed to the CU because they offer reasonable interest. Tonight I opened my account to find some new bizarre charge. Once again I will call them on Monday. If I were you I would continue to bank somewhere else and save some itritation.
