I've heard the staff talk bull about their own coworker. Im not sure of the names cause I overheard them talking and was leaving. I'm sure they were making fun of their own coworkers and complaining about the managers scheduling and their lack of accountability being in their position. Talk to your employees about bullying and talking about people behind their backs. None of them are any better then the other nice employees I've encountered. DO BETTER TALLASSEE!!

The pharmacist and staff are the worst I've come across. Casey does not know how to tell the truth and Morgan the pharmacy manager does not care if she does. I don't expect anything different from Tallassee, Al. One star because 0 was not available.

The front end store manager John Brown is as good as it gets in regards to customer service. He was very friendly to not only myself but the other customers i saw in the store during my visit. Definitely will be back!

Assumed my son came into the store to steal and was asked to leave his bag at the front register. He had only come in to buy a snack after school. The manager told another worker “we don’t even want them to give them the idea they can steal from here”. He was also followed around the store by a worker. Pretty sure this based on the color of his skin. Makes me so sad that he had to experience this nonsense. There is nothing in CVS that my son would ever want me to steal its a drug store. Would give zero stars if I could.

I've been with the same drs for over 17 years..i moved back to bama which meant, changing Dr's and transferring medication I've been on half my life!! Before i called cvs in Tallassee, i tried a different pharmacy cause i was use to them.. that pharmacy called me names, lied to me saying they didn't carry my meds ever then decided to think it was their place, to tell me what i should and shouldn't be on... talked to me like i was deaf, treated me horribly.. with that said i called my out of state dr asking what should i do, he immediately changed me over to cvs and refuses to now call anyones meds into the pharmacy, that treated me awful..My Dr called my meds in to cvs this time and lemme tell you what, i was beyond stressed knowing i had to go deal with another pharmacy and pharmacist..to the point of getting sick, that's how stressed this all has been...The moment i walked in i was greeted by whom i think was the store manager, he was amazing and fun to talk to!!❤️ i headed to the pharmacy in the store and this young blonde lady asked to help me.. BOOM i wanted to cry assuming i was about to get a big fat no, were not filling your meds or making fun of me for having tourettes!! DIDN'T HAPPEN.. this lady and the pharmacist WERE AMAZING❤️❤️❤️?? NOT ONLY we're they kind understanding and helpful, they reassured me id be taken care of each month and to not worry.. they even had all my meds filled and ready to go, no waiting no stress... the pharmacist also made sure i knew that a couple of my meds could make me sleepy and to be careful!! I don't think pharmacist and pharmacy techs, fully understand how much they're appreciated when they go that extra mile!! And i feel like people don't give them enough praise and thank yous!! Treat your pharmacy great and they'll return the love..I'm sorry i cried on the way out,but, you made this easy on me, you had important meds filled and ready on time, but most of all you treated me like a human and that, will never go unseen by me... i highly recommend this pharmaceutical team, and store.Anyone who has meds and are transferring those meds and you're also having to find new drs, you know exactly what I'm talking about.. and how stressful it can be.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS, for doing great with me..I found my new hometown pharmacy at this cvs❤️❤️?

CVS pharmacy in Tallassee is absolutely horrible! They never have medication stocked, always out of things.The employees in the pharmacy are always irritated and seem exhausted! I will never use this pharmacy again, had all my husband's prescriptions transferred to Adams Drugs! Adams Drugs called the CVS Tallassee pharmacy to have them transfer our prescriptions to their location, the employees at the Tallassee CVS pharmacy could not even get that done correctly! So, I took a list of our prescriptions to Adams Drugs and the pharmacy employees there added it to their computer system! The CVS pharmacy in Tallassee is in a mess!!

When you can't find something at Walmart or whatever big box store, CVS will have it!! They have an awesome selection of goods. From gift ideas to home life they have you covered!!I don't use their pharmacy, as I've heard nothing but nightmares about it.I can't give any stars to the pharmacy. My mother constantly complains about their pharmacy as well.

Emily was very helpful with the photo kiosk-I would not have been able to get my photos without her assistance. She is friendly and efficient. I consistently receive excellent customer service at this CVS from all employees!!

Mallorie was so sweet and fast with my little girls prescription for a bad ear infection and let me sit at the window as she mixed it up really quick. 10/10 reccomend!

I will never go to this business again. The employee's are very very rude. We've had horrible service on more than one occasion. One cashier told us we needed an I.D to purchase a $500 American Express gift card. Which was very untrue. She said it was company policy. After walking 5 miles. We left with a bottle of water. I do not recommend going here!!
