“Very responsive and helpful. We were vacationing in Talladega, my kitten had been sick.when I called the office gal talked with me and assured me we could bring her in if we needed to. She gave me Dr's number for further consultation. I left a message and was delighted when he called me back..we talked in depth, came up with a plan. This gave me confidence that we would be in good hands in case anything went awry. Thankfully everything was okay it was a relief to know Patricia and Dr. Lowry would be there regardless.
