I'm not a fan of this store. It is only a sales store. There is no service center here. There is always a lot of pressure by the staff to make an upgrade or sell you something you don't need.

If you’re in the Talladega or Anniston area ask for Cole. I went to Verizon to get a new phone, and Cole made sure I got the best deal possible on that phone, and it took less than 30 minutes!
