First time my husband has used this cleaners. We had 2 suits to get dry cleaned. We were told over the phone the suits would be ready by 11am the next day, no problem. The next day, my husband calls to check if his items were ready. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and told him they wouldn't be ready after lunch. She then hung up on my husband and was disrespectful to him when he arrived to pick up his items. We will be using another dry cleaners in the future.
