I went to get my own nails trimmed and shaped. The manicurist couldn't speak English. The one seemed to be manager/owner stayed on phone the whole time I was there. Seemed as if really didn't know how to do real nails.

The owners are very good. They treat customers like family. Most are frequent so they are very friendly and ask about you.. .not all about them. They don't takr people out of turn and are fair with prices and opinions. I usually have a usual color and they know it when I enter. I also like my nails a little on short side and they know exactly how short.

Bad service, i asked for a manicure she rushed through it cut my finger didn’t massage my hands. The polish is thick and clumpy started peeling the very next day when it was supposed to be gel that’s supposed to last. She got polish all on my fingers got a attitude when i asked her to get it off the whole experience was terrible . I will not be returning i will go to oxford next time

DO NOT GO HERE! You get what you pay for, it’s cheap, too fast, they did a good job with my mani, the pedi HURT, And was extremely rushed. I spent a lot of time growing my nails and keeping them healthy. The tool they use to file the top of the nail, whatever that is, the person doing my toes kept hitting my skin with it. And made my nails thin. (I can expect breakage in the next couple weeks). My toe nails were cut short without me being asked and when I asked him not to cut them he said he was just shaping them, and he still proceeded to cut them short. A couple of toe nails were uneven when he said he was done w my nails. I asked a lady to fix them for me and she did quickly and was very apologetic. I will not being going back here to have my nails ruined, and money & time wasted. I love my nails and take time and pride in growing them and keeping them kept up. I’m trying to find a good local mail shop, this one is not it. Good for a cheap quick job. I was in and out in not even an hour and a half. And i believe it only costs 50-60 for the gel mani pedi I got

Ignore the fact that they've grown out. They used clear tips, which allowed natural nail to show through on the ends. If you like French manicure, pay attention when they polish to make sure natural nail tip is not showing underneath. The pedicure was too aggressive for the results. I'm gonna go through that much pain I expect A+++ results.

Went to get some Christmas inspired nails today, the wait was pretty long but it was 100% worth it. Great customer service and my nails look amazing. We just moved to the area and I recommend this nail salon over all the others in town!Service: Nail painting

The man who gave us our pedicure rushed through. It’s been almost a week and my foot is still hurting. They do great nails but I will not get my feet done there again it was the worst and I’m still paying for it now.Service: Pedicure
