Took my mother's Ford there for an oil change because I had another appt. in the area. Was told we needed PCV gaskets and another set of gaskets replaced because oil was getting into engine. Couldn't stay for a price and the call with an estimate never came. Took it to a mechanic in Talladega to repair. There was nothing wrong with the gaskets. The mechanic in Talladega cleaned up the oil and after three weeks there is still no sign of oil blowing onto engine. Would not recommend this service provider to middle aged female.

SERRA Ford did a great job servicing my F150. Service was done in a timely manner.Edit: Bought a 2018 F250 to replace my F150. Buying experience was great !! Eddie and Don took great care of me during the entire process. They knew what I wanted to do and made it happen. This is my wife and I 6th vehicle we have purchased from them in the last few years. When you get treated right it makes you want to go back when the times comes. Thanks Eddie and Don !!!

I called after having trouble finding a dealer in my area that could see my truck quickly for an oil leak. Tony Serra answered phone quickly, listened to my issue and got my truck in that afternoon. Only took 2 days to repair and the entire process I was communicated with multiple times and vehicle pickup was super easy and convenient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

Went to Tony Serra Honda and few days ago. I was greeted by Kayleen and immediately felt right at home. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was enquiring about! Serra Honda will be our forever home as long as Kayleen is who we deal with.

Ordered a new Ford Maverick in September didn't get told about the 3k serra Platinum package that is added to it and they pretty much told me I have to pay that or I don't get my truck. Was not told though about that or I would have ordered elsewhere so now I'm stuck with the 3k or not get the truck

We had a nightmare experience with this dealership, and specifically Colton Craft. We ordered a bronco two years ago and throughout the process had a very hard time communicating with him. When it finally arrived, he contacted us to say that it was coming in on Wednesday, but that he needed a few days to get it ready. So on Monday we go in to pick it up and trade my car in.Sometime between the Wednesday it arrived and the Monday we attempted to purchase it, it was driven 105 miles and eaten in, with crumbs left behind.Our trade in is a 2018 Ford Explorer limited, that other than the small scuff on the back and the need of a cleaning, is in excellent condition. It has every bell and whistle you can add on, and then some special features that aren’t listed (massaging seats). Colton lowballed the trade in. Told us that he didn’t go by KBB, he went by JD power. So we look that up, he’s still $7500 under the “rough trade in” value on JD Power/NADA, much less the good or excellent.He tells us “it is what it is” and wouldn’t even entertain talking to the finance guy again about checking the features, or that it’s being ran as a limited. When I asked why he gets to name his own price and not go to the finance guy. He raises his hand and waves at the certificates above his desk. He was very condescending and rude.He said that with the dirtiness of the car and the scuffs all over it, that killed the value by almost $7,000. When I said I would happily go get it cleaned, he said that wouldn’t matter, it wouldn’t change the value. Same with getting the ONE scuff fixed. He was willfully refusing to help. He refused to talk to the finance guy again. Refused to let us speak to his manager. He was just wholly a horrible person to deal with.It’s fairly obvious he must have had another interested buyer on the car we waited two years for so he didn’t care about our sale.We were warned away from using ford in Sylacauga but we did not listen. Lesson learned.

Service department is the worst.almost two weeks to have cluster and door switch installed.truck was there the whole time.they had more excuses than you can imagine.switch works so far.cluster has same problem.thet said battery is the problem now. And had to pay $329.00 with no explanation of what charges were for. We were told on day before truck was "finished" that our truck wasn't done yet because more important jobs needed to be completed first (this was on 8th business day in the shop). To top it off, my wife called that same day and asked to talk to general manager. He didn't answer his phone and she left a voicemail asking for a return call ...which has YET to be returned. ..
