My signal went out right after I hit submit and I wasn't sure if the reservation went thru or not so I called and spoke with Jes who was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had. I have never rented a storage umit before so was a little nervous about doing so and Jes definitely eased my nerves and made me feel more confident in my decision to rent the unit.
