It could be the holiday time blues but today was an awful experience. The cashier (Reanna) was explaining to another person how she had been complained on earlier in the day. She rings my items up without ever saying hello. I put my card in the machine and it says decline. Let’s try it again. It says decline again. I have money and its not insufficient funds. I tried another card and it goes through. I check my account before I leave the store and it says it charged the first card! I bring it to the manager ABOVE the cashiers attention and she seemed so unbothered. “If your card declined it then it will go back in your account.” “When?” “In five to seven business days.” It didn’t take your careless cashier five to seven business days to take my money! Customer service here is awful and I will take my money elsewhere since this is how you will treat customers. This was your cashiers fault and you seemed to be irritated by my problem. Clothes and shoes go out of fashion but customer service should not. It was a horrible experience.

Very poor customer service. Manager is awful. Cashiers are rude. Last minute shopping should not be done here because they are not interested in helping people. Very nasty attitude from people with jacked up dental and horrible hair dye.

Cashier was sweet nice and polite.Manager was very Rude and imputed herself on the conversation Me and the cashier was having about an candle price I was checking after the cashier stated the price to me .I Followed with okay that’s fine I’ll get it and that it was in the wrong place but it smells good I’ll get it . Manger approaches from outside stating “its seasonal we don’t have a set space for it it yet so it is in the wrong spot so do you want it or not ! “ I then say “I never said I didn’t want it “ after that even the cashier was like why she being so rude .
