Went in to get added to account and get new card . Stephanie C. took care of everything for me and I have to say it was the BEST customer service I've had in yrs. I highly recommend her ,she is so friendly and down to earth . She makes you feel like your family .

I've always had great service at Regions. If I had a problem, (unauthorized purchase, etc) they handled it immediately. I don't see myself using any other. The only complaint- if you can call it that- we should have at least one more ATM in town :)

stephanie was stellar, and went above and beyond! she absolutely made our day, my wife and I's. we got married today, and what would have been an ordinary day was made special by her very kind words. she joked around with us and was just overall so so so pleasant. thanks again 💗
