This has to be the worst bank ever. It took almost a week for a cashier's check to be verified. Then I had to make an appointment to withdrawal some of my money. Then at the appointment, it still took over an hour for them to actually give me cash. They said that my cashier's check had to be verified again after it has already cleared my account a week ago. I am not sure but it seems this bank is very very rude and is Completely Out of Money!!!!!!!!! Unless you need a $1000 or less.

They charged me a late fee claiming I was late so I paid it and two months later they call and said I owe them 149.00 for a month they claim I didn’t pay but my account says I did pay it actually two days before it was due. What’s the number for the FDIC

My account was wrongfully overdrawn. When I spoke with the people at both the branch and 800 number they were extremely rude and condescending towards me and my issue with my account. Needless to say I will never use pnc bank for anything ever again.

To cash a check drawn on your bank I was told I need two types of ID and I have to carry out transaction inside the bank . Why can't my one valid state issued ID serve as enough? Am I not the same person in drive thru with this ID ? PNC YOU ARE NOT WHAT I CARE TO HOLD ONE CENT OF MY MONEY .
