Found out I spent a whole year getting over charged for an additional phone line. Did they offer to make it right, absolutely not! And now, if you upgrade your phone you have to pay full price and purchase a new monthly plan the same day. So if you just paid your bill 2 days ago & decided to go back & upgrade for any reason you will be paying another months bill. They use to be a great company, now they're trying to get over on customers.

I had a moto pure and it worked fine but this moto g will not pick up anything by metro,I paid $75 dollars for unlimited data and cause I don't have internet at home
