“This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to! They are always welcoming and go out of their way to be as helpful as they can! I use to go to Walgreens and they made me feel unwelcome and like I was a number they just didn’t want to deal with and would never do anything out of their way to help! “I swapped to this pharmacy a few years ago when I was having trouble getting one of my prescriptions at another local pharmacy. They had no trouble getting the medication in for me. I was only supposed to get this medication from them one time, but I had such a good experience that I swapped from my other pharmacy. They’ve always been so kind, and for a pharmacy, their drive through is so fast and efficient! Highly recommend!”
“I've had no real issues with the Fort Payne walmart, other than once in a while a medication I need isn't in stock and I have to wait a few days. I like that I get a message on my phone when my prescriptions are ready.
Sheila is just the sweetest, she always remembers most of my birthday, lol.. and Andrea is just a sweetheart and is so caring. I like our little consultations and that she makes sure I understand how to take/use new medications before I leave.
I've seen some people complaining about them being slow when you bring in a new prescription, you have to realize you are not the only person they are filling a prescription for and your new medication has to be processed and put into the system, approved by your insurance, then filled, you don't jump to the head of line just because "you" think you're more important than the other 100 people ahead of you..”
