“Honestly, best locally owned and operated parts store I've been into since Weaver's closed. The woman behind the counter was very nice, knew what she was talking about, and happily walked us through the pricing for car batteries. Oh, and the price, oh lord it was nice. 113 dollars and some change for a brand new battery, a nut, and a bolt. The batteries also have a 3 year warranty, so if anything goes wrong, you can get it swapped. Highly reccomend.”
“Place was busy and we needed an antique part. The first guy admitted he did not know about the vehicle and ask for help from another person. This kind of impressed me and speeded up the process even though they couldn’t get what we needed. The other common items were in stock and easily found.”
“Shout out to Mark! My car battery terminals had gotten crusty, so I went in to ask for advice on why it happened and how to get rid of it. Mark really helped me out- he cleaned off the crust, tightened all the connections, then tested my battery and told me everything should be good, just stop leaving my headlights on overnight (oops). When I asked how much the service cost, he told me it was free and to have a good afternoon. Five stars for the stellar customer service!”

“I bought a engine from here. The guy was very polite and guaranteed his parts for 30 days. I got it put in and the engine had low oil pressure, ran great but low oil pressure. I called and told him the situation and without hesitation he told me to fix it and he'd reimburse me. I took him the receipts and he paid the full bill..I would definitely deal with this place again..”

But there I go to a place like this and I’m reminded, ppl can run a good, helpful, honest, company. This place renewed my hope in our town. Cause sadly most all other companies around here and fort payne are AWFUL with caring or being fair. I recommend this place. My husband loves it and the ppl. They mixed some Car paint for us and were beyond helpful. Perfect experience every time.”
“Busy, small shop that has been around a while. Second generation alternator and starter mechanic that knows his stuff. Very busy most of the time so it may take a minute to get it fixed, but worth the wait.”
“We were traveling home from Florida back to our home in Chicago. We met up with my husbands niece in fort payne, Alabama when we heard a rattling sound. Being that it was Saturday, mostly everything was closed. We were so thankful when Matt answered the phone and told us to come in he'd have a look. We got right in... Matt ran out to get the part and had our truck fixed in no time. Matt was a Godsend. We're heading back to Chicago now and feel very safe thanks to Matt! We highly recommend!”
