Our experience at Verizon in Sylacauga with Anthony G. on Monday 4/8/2024 was absolutely above and beyond. Seriously, getting a new phone is so stressful, but Anthony made sure to go through the whole process with us, and then some! He was extremely sensitive to our needs, and made sure to be as transparent as possible with our phone options, and made sure we were comfortable while doing it. We both walked out with brand new Google pixel 8's. He also helped me recover data from my laptop, because my old phone was completely unusable. He totally didn't have to do this. This man literally did it all! I started having a bit of a panic attack in the store, and he didnt even blink an eye before jumping into action and just being REALLY down to earth and genuinely caring. He also offered us some eclipse glasses as the eclipse had started when we were in the store. 11/10 best new phone experience EVER. Thank you so much Anthony.

I was hacked and the personnel at the Verizon store in Sylacauga, Alabama was most helpful resolving this problem. My phone was an old Iphone 8pro and was still a great phone but I wanted a new one and traded it in for Iphone 14plus and really like it!!!

Charismatic and knowledgeable are two words that come to mind when I think about my experience with Justice today. I walked into Verizon today thinking about getting a new phone but wasn’t quite sold on it yet. Justice was able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had - while overall creating a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend and will definitely recommend my friends/family in the future to Verizon just due to my interaction with Justice!

This was our first visit to our local Verizon store, but it was a great experience! The employees were nice and friendly. Phoenix was the one who worked with us, and he was exceptionally patient and kind, answering all our questions and working hard to ensure my content was transferred to my new phone after doing an upgrade. It took a good while because I had so much content, but he remained patient, courteous, and even worked late to help take care of everything. Highly recommend! Such a positive experience!

Not quite sure. Had an issue with account, the agent had some 888 number call me and told me to press 1. However once I did that line hung up. May have been scammed beware.

I cannot speak enough praise for employee, Aimee Nichols, at the Sylacauga location. She was so very helpful, kind, and patient. A pleasure to do business with. Great experience!
