So I saw an ad on Facebook. “Toyota of Sylacauga No Credit Check event.” Well I contacted the dealership to inquire. I have yet to get a call from anyone at the dealership. The person through Facebook messenger was rude and didn’t seem to care about anything I was saying. I am literally trying to buy a car and y’all don’t even contact people that show interest. I met all of the qualifications for the program. But because
Whoever I was talking to on Facebook said it was for in-person only meaning you had to be at the dealership. Even thought no where on the advertisement did it state that. So I probably missed my chance to get a car all because your person didn’t want to do the job. Instead they wanted to be combative rude and totally unprofessional

My only objection is their advertisement for a "no credit check or down payment required" to get a vehicle. That wasnt my experience because my credit was checked and eventually had to come up with a down payment. I believe the ad should have been more transparent than what it said. Other than this, my sales person was Thomas and he and his team worked with my financial situation to get my into a better car than I came with. Thank you Toyota of Sylacauga!!
