Workers are a little bit annoying. They kinda made me feel some kind of way because if you have the application for p.o.boxes and change of address forms, just give them to the people. Everyone is not computer savvy! I was looking right at the application and she was almost insisting that I go online. I definitely wasn't going to do that because I had already reserved it & paid for it online. They also won't tell you if you only want/need a p.o.box for 3 months to go online and reserve it. The lady was very rude about it has to be 6 months or a year. Luckily, I already knew. They're a trip. Not very helpful.. it's one of those things where if you don't know, they damn sure won't inform you and will insist on doing it another way.

Two expensive packages that have been "lost" in the past two weeks. Literally no-one answers the phone. Place is a joke and so are the employees. I don't typically leave bad reviews, but I'd do better with a carrier pigeon than this place.

I received a package today which was left on the wet ground by my mailbox. I have an asphalt driveway and would love to be giving a reason why they can't bring to my porch. Smh

Letter delivered to my address. However the address on the letter was for an address on other side of town. Tried unsussfully three times to have picked up. Even tried calling to no avail. It's been about 3 weeks now. Hope isn't anything IMPORTANT!!!! Sylacauga, AL
