Went in very politely asking for help. They told me my car wasn't worth fixing. Refused to even walk outside and look at my vehicle.
They literally had a 90's nissan truck in their shop being worked on but refused to consider even walking out the door to look in the direction of my 1990 accord.
Rude as hell and a waste of time. Would recommend against going.

I personally haven't dealt with them much myself. But they have a prestige name and as I'm dealing presently with a electrical issue and I'm at a dead end. Mr. Turner informed me unfortunately he could help me at this present time with my issue ( and I 100 understand his reasoning) . Mr. Turner took time out of his buisy morning to help me with knowledge as best he could. He got my respect for taking time to explain some technical questions to me! Thanks Phil TurnerI highly recommend Him !

My car broke down on Sunday. I put it in the shop on Monday afternoon and it was ready by Wednesday afternoon. The work was reasonably priced and my car runs again. Everyone here was nice and answered all of my questions with patience. If my car has any other issues, I would definitely take it here to be fixed again. **Note: I have noticed some people get upset with the fee for a diagnostic or complain that the work took too long or was too expensive on Google or social media. First, the diagnostic here was cheaper than the local dealership. This is a business where someone with a skill earns their livelihood. You should expect to pay them accordingly. Also, with the backlog of parts due to the pandemic, I was shocked that my parts came so quickly. If you want to spend less, do the work yourself. If you don't know how to do the work, then stop complaining when someone who is an expert in the field fixes your vehicle and asks you to pay them for their work.

Worst excuse for a mechanic shop. They charge a diagnosis fee if they look at vehicle then change you a extremely high price to fix it. They screw you ether way. I’ll walk before I let them touch any of my cars again!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Worst shop I've ever been to. Couldn't fix a sandwich! All they are interested in is charging you a diagnostics fee just to look at your vehicle then charge you an extremely high estimate to fix it either way they screw you! I will walk before I let them touch any of my cars again!

Brian and team are the best at making the correct diagnosis, and affordable when repairing. Even with foreign luxury and sports cars!

Poor excuse for a business! So unprofessional! I witnessed this place just cuss out an 84 year old man over his car, and refused to give him his keys unless he paid $150 for absolutely nothing! His car was sitting there for 6weeks and no one called him or fixed a thing on his car! I’ll never use this place. So disrespectful to the elderly! BS customer service. Owner is an entitled bully and woman at the desk was rude as hell.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for over 35 years, and have always received excellent service and competitive pricing. My brother took his car to a dealership when his car "broke down" in another town and was told that his engine was blown and needed replaced (about $2,500 estimate), so of course we towed the car over an hour & a half to Turner's. The team there let us know it was only vapor-locked, and the "repair" was $30. They also showed us how to fix the problem (for free) if it ever happened again! Their integrity is outstanding and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you, Turner Automotive!

I am able to talk directly to the owner/mechanic about future plans to keep my truck up and running. I feel safe to drive my truck to any city or state with confidence.

Replacement parts left in car, broke piece of interior trim and claimed it was already broken.
