I did not like how employees stared and just kept asking questions on the radio for someone to come help me at the Stihl aisle for a 30-dollar chain that I bought 4-6 months before for my chainsaw, and now y'all don't have it anymore. I'd rather take the trip to Talladega since no one in that store knows what they're doing or knows what type of chain for my chainsaw, even though it's a common 16 in. bar 0.43. 55 link. It's convenient to drive there; it's helpful unless it's Stihl-related. This store needs to train some people right.

Came in to purchase a specific Stihl chainsaw and they had the model in stock. Hayden was extremely helpful and has become a go to person in this store for me. He explained everything well, and made sure I fully understood the saw. This location has always been very helpful when shopping the store.
