The normal girl that is in there wasn't working today and she always has a pleasant attitude and is so friendly. I ordered online and messed my order up and even admitted my fault simply asked to have it remade and said I would repurchase the drink since it was my mistake...and I was still met with attitude like it was an inconvenience servicing their customers...work on your customer service and attitude ladies.

Rude people who work at drive thru, give attitude and roll their eyes. Make my drink wrong, got frape and it tasted like straight up milk. I went to support my community but this is my last straw, I’ll be going to another Starbucks or another coffee shop entirely that does it right and has nice customer service. Cuppa grace tastes like actual Starbucks coffee and better consistency— very nice too. So annoying

I have never had a bad experience here in Sylacauga. I go almost every morning from 6:30 to 6:50 am. They know me by name and they know what I'm gonna order. Meg, Lexi and all the other gals rock! Sylacauga Starbucks is the best!

Today, I had an experience. It was one that, to some, may not seem that great. But to me? My entire week has been made! The girl who handed me my coffee, Megan, was an absolute doll you hear me?? A NATIONAL TREASURE just like the king, Nic Cage himself!! She greeted me with a smile, told me to have a good day and even said goodbye! That was so sweet of her! She’s probably one of the best workers at this establishment, and her enthusiasm for coffee, people, and a rip snorting good time goes unmatched! I hope she stays around a while, and I hope that her management team knows just how lucky they are to have such a golden ticket to the Willy Megan Wonka white chocolate factory with her around!

Went through the drive through yesterday around 3:30 our cashier her name was NENE I asked her how her day was going completely ignored me on the intercom acted like she didn't want to be there... I will only have to go early in the morning for better service evening shift was a horrible experience... GET greet engage and thank...

We visit this Starbucks every morning after our workout and absolutely LOVE the ladies we get to see every morning. They are kind, witty, and always so helpful. Our day wouldn’t be the same without them! ❤️

BEWARE! Absolutely disgusted by the women that work there. Worst attitude ever. Came up through the window for my hot tea and the black girl at the window gave me/ shook my hot tea overflowing with the lid about the come off. I yelled and said “ow! Ow it’s burning me the hot water!” She rolled her eyes and looked away to her pad and began to take orders. My mom in the car asked what happened?? I said the hot water is flowing out and burned me! The girl on the pad looked at me and asked “do you want another lid?” Like are u kidding me?? My hand is BURNED AND YOU ASK ME IF I WANT ANOTHER LID?? That you couldn’t put on properly with water flowing out??? Then another black girl came out and said “what’s happening??” My hand was burning and the girl then rolls her eyes again and asks me if I want my reciept. We drove away and I was crying but my mom went in to get a new drink and the black girl became hostile and they had to take her to the back room to “cool off”. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

If zero stars were an option. That's what it would deserve. Never have I ever been to such a horrible place. I've been to Starbucks in multiple places in multiple states. Never have I ever asked or wanted a refund. Yet, that's definitely not an option at this store.I was on my way back home to Memphis and decided to stop here. This was an absolute waste of my money. I wasn't spoken to with a pleasant attitude. Nor was my order received in a timely manner. Now, I know Starbucks is always busy, and service isn't that fast. Yet, if they weren't walking around talking and playing, I'm quite sure it would've been faster. I was in like at least 10 mins being the car at the window. Not only was the girl rude, but she was making jokes about customers. Now, one would expect, as long as it took, they were milking a cow. This drink had plenty of time to be made correct. Yet, after receiving my drink and deiving away, I tasted it. Let me just say that if you want whip cream water, this is most definitely your place.I ordered a White Chocolate frappe. No whip. Added white mocha and removed some frap roast. What I received was blended ice with the stated no whip cream. There was absolutely no hint of frap roast or any hint of white chocolate at all. I didn't have time to turn around as I had a 5 hour drive ahead. So, I called the store. To no surprise, they have their phone off the hook all night. I tried again today with no avail. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Just surpass this one.I want my refund. I'm sure I won't see it, so I guess this is a lesson learned. I mean, you choose your job, you don't want to be there, then don't. That goes for the store manager as well. Because it starts from the top. No repercussions, of course. Why wouldn't they do their jobs properly if they aren't being held accountable.

have never received bad customer service at Starbucks until today. I went to the Hwy 280 and mcs Blvd store in Sylacauga after placing an online order which included a traveler. A lady at the drive through asked what I needed and I told her it was an online order. A few seconds later an associate named Megan come to the window with an attitude and tells me I am “suppose to call the store before I order the traveler because that is a lot of coffee”. I tell her I order the all the time at different locations and have never been told that. Megan then tells me “ well my manager said you are supposed to call and it takes 20 minutes to make”. As I drove from a neighboring town about 10-15 minutes away I asked her how long it had been since I ordered and she said about 15 minutes. As she is talking she gets increasingly aggressive with her mannerisms and so I ask her what is she trying to tell me and she very nastily says “you’re gonna have to wait, you can pull around front”. It was 6 in the morning and I was completely shocked that I was getting attitude on a coffee order so I asked for a refund.At this point Megan left the window and a shift manager named Charity came over and asked what happened. I explained to her that I was uncomfortable being treated rudely and would rather just leave. Charity was amazing and offered to fill my order anyway. I told her it wasn’t necessary but she apologized and said if I had time to wait she would personally take care of me. As I was waiting outside I could still see Megan inside pointing at my car and talking aggressively “rolling her neck” to her coworkers. At this point I was outdone that she was STILL showing attitude so I called my local store manager for my company(I am a retail district manager who travels daily) and asked if she knew any of the employees at Starbucks as this is a small town. Before I can tell her on my experience she tells me that she had come to this Starbucks the day before for an online order and a female fitting Megan description had given her such poor service that she would have left if the order wasn’t for someone else!I’m still not sure why Megan didn’t just say “hey your order’s not quite ready” or something that would have been totally understandable but she really does not need to treat customers the way I or my Store manager were treated. That type of service will destroy market share in a tiny town like this. However Charity is a great employee and an asset to your team! Please commend Charity for going above and beyond and as for Megan….ill get coffee elsewhere if she is there!

I don’t know the ladies name but every time i have went in there she was being very rude to her coworkers and customers. She even told one of her coworkers she was going to hit her in front of me and my friends.

They need to listen when a person says what they need in a drink. I cannot drink cows milk and they made my drink with it twice when I asked for an alternative. They did it again after I went back through the drive through and only made it right after I said I can’t drink cows milk. If you want to vomit and have a food reaction Sylacauga star bucks is your place.Dietary restrictions: I do not recommend this location.
