We were on the phone with the insurance company for nearly a half an hour and she never got frustrated and was very polite and was just really really professional. “My youngest poured boiling water on her feet and it instantly caused the skin on the top of her feet to bubble up. My sister suggested getting Silvadene for the burns. Of course I don't have any and know nothing about it. So I call the pharmacy at the local Walgreens and the gentleman who took my call was very patient and let me know the medication is a prescription and after he answered a few of my questions the pharmacist agreed that going to the ER would be the best option. The pharmacist didn't have to be so patient or helpful, especially since I don't even use that pharmacy normally.”
