Mr Don is an amazing, honest businessman. I ha been told by multiple shops that my transmission needed to be replaced. He actually tested it and found it was an engine issue not a transmission issue. Refreshing to find such honesty.

My truck is there now. Ordered Jasper heavy duty transmission for my 2015 Dodge we will re rate after it's on the road again. So far they fixed my friends Dodge transmission came highly rated. So I'm giving them a shot. Nice man was there when other shops didn't answer there phone when I needed a tow to a shop. He said bring it!

They are very experienced and have extremely good knowledge of vehicles. They were very friendly and polite had my vehicle fixed and ready within 2 days.Would highly recommend this place to anyone. My car is still there. His card reader is down. Can't pay him so, I'm still waiting for him to get it fixed. Over two weeks. Update: Was called back and told an additional 350 was needed to do some electrical work. Rats were in my car and chewed the wires. Rats that are in his building. Smh. Also, my air conditioner didn't work anymore when I got it back. Tried to tell me it never did. Beware of this guy. Very unprofessional etiquette.

Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service! Butch and they guys got my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 shifting like new! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing Transmission service!

Transmission went out. Needed someplace within easy towing distance and that did reliable fast work. They really worked with us to get our car fixed.

my honda accord had a transmission problem, took the car to this place and a day later I had 3 calls under 2 hours with different stories first was the transmission couldn't be rebuilt the second call was about wanting to replace it but had to put a down payment of $1000, third call was all the transmission needed was a transmission flush. After I got it back not even a day I was stranded on the side of the road! I do not recommend this place for transmission problemsService: Transmission

Super fast! My truck was fixed in 2 weeks with heavy duty jasper trans. I'd highly recommend Paul's to anyone who needs their truck for work he didn't play around here fixed it as soon as part arrived.
