“Our experience at Verizon in Sylacauga with Anthony G. on Monday 4/8/2024 was absolutely above and beyond. Seriously, getting a new phone is so stressful, but Anthony made sure to go through the whole process with us, and then some! He was extremely sensitive to our needs, and made sure to be as transparent as possible with our phone options, and made sure we were comfortable while doing it. We both walked out with brand new Google pixel 8's. He also helped me recover data from my laptop, because my old phone was completely unusable. He totally didn't have to do this. This man literally did it all! I started having a bit of a panic attack in the store, and he didnt even blink an eye before jumping into action and just being REALLY down to earth and genuinely caring. He also offered us some eclipse glasses as the eclipse had started when we were in the store. 11/10 best new phone experience EVER. Thank you so much Anthony.”
