Tools out and then it wouldn't let me get my alternator that I just put in my truck 2 days prior for the battery. Oh I popped the hood to look. They've done cut the wires to take all of it off

I would not recommend this tow company they had my truck after I had a wreck for a full weekend because when I called them to confirm they had my truck on Saturday they told me they didn’t have it. On the following Monday I called again and they told me once more that they didn’t have it so I drove by there lot and my truck was sitting there in there fence. When I went to pay the towing fee they had charged me for 4 days when I tried to pick it up the day after but was told they didn’t have it. That is dishonest and basically stealing I would have continued to be charged if I hadn’t drove up there and showed them that they did have it.

Came to look at a backhoe he had up for sale and he sold it while I was on my way there. I was literally 10 minutes away. Dude is a liar, I confirmed it with him last night what time I would be coming. Also confirmed when I started this morning and he said come ahead. I was also paying two mechanics to come with me to look at it. Don't do business with a liar.

This was the BEST COMPANY GOD HAS GIVEN MAN. I locked my keys in the car off of 280 Dawn a Guy who works for the company cam out in less than Ten minutes and fixed the problem. Thank you Dawn Great Guy.

Very well run business, they have very good response time depending on the high/low rate of calls they are responding to. After having the experience of dealing with them twice in one week, I will definitely be using thus business as my goto if I need vehicle towing in the future.I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I promise you will not regret it whatsoever.Frankie (my tow driver) was absolutely cheerful, respectful, and well mannered. Even though I was having a bad day he was cheerful and made the whole experience alot less stressful to deal with. Thank you Frankie, and Merkel's for being the hero of the day that I needed. It is much appreciated in these hard and stressful times. ??????

My 19 year old daughter was broke down,today.I was 1.5 hours away.Tge driver came picked car up and brought it home.They were Very Reasonable.Frank was the Driver and Ms Allison assured me my child was going to be fine.She talked to me ,as much as I needed her too.THANKS AGAIN TO ALL INVILVED.Lynn Millhose/Terrified Mom put to Ease.

10/10My stepdad was involved in an accident while his vehicle was drivable he was on a blown out tire. John Hattaway was my saving grace!! He saw me trying to get the tire changed and pulled over and made time out of his busy day to help!! Thank you Mr.John!! Your help was greatly appreciated!!
