Your driver almost ran all over us. In a 45 mile section of Gadsden he was going well over 60 and switching in and out of lanes. Very heavy rain and seem like he had no respect for other drivrrs

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to work for them went through orientation but found a better job locally and didn’t get paid for orientation did the right thing by telling them I’m leaving by putting in a two weeks notice If this shows your character as a company I’m glad I left

Amazing place to work. You have a real team behind you here you are not just a number. My trainer name is Nathan one of the best trainers I've ever had. I've been driving trucks for a very long time since 2013 and I know more in 2 weeks with j&M than I've ever learned in my life. They really take time to show you how to do the job they do not set you up to fail you really feel like family here and people want you to succeed this place feels like a place I would retire.

This place states that safety is their number one priority but yet they failed to follow OSHA safety regulations which resulted in my 20 year old sons death. They have yet to try to make things right either even when they were fined $50,000 for not following 5 OSHA regulations for confined space!! They knew what the OSHA regulations were yet they never even acknowledged them! If safety was their number one priority then my son would still be here! If they are such a family company then they would actually try to own up to the fact that they failed my son & us!!! They have tried their best to keep all of this under the table & quiet for 14 months now!! Yes I have proof of all of this too!!
