Taxes were done wrong. Paid $200 for them to be done incorrectly and now no one will answer the phone. When they answered last week, it was "we'll call you back", never heard from them again. Update: I was told on the phone that the "IRS is wrong not them" and that they "were not going to argue with me". Nearly cost me $2,000

I filed my taxes with these guys last year. But my packet was stolen by Jonathan Mathew Arnold who broke into our home and stole that and some collectibles and stuff I had. I turned him in for it but the police did nothing. Ty hey said it's bc I didn't file a report but they let him do whatever he wants anyhow. And he endangers me and my family and I'm not ok with it anymore
