Learning lesson for me! They turn you over to a credit card company who charges 30 or 40% interest rates. If you are an hour late they charge you a late fee. My experience has been horrible.

Worse thing I could have ever done was go open up a line of credit with this place… First day I went in talked to a sales person by the name of Doc. He was nice and helpful. Went in for a new mattress set and possibly a bunk bed. Told him I would come back when I have made a decision to purchase. Went back in the next couple of days and meet Misty because Doc was not there. Misty mention they as sales people help each other out when the other person isn’t there so hey why not.. Well I spent a a couple of hours there after I made my decision of what I wanted. Well it was a hassle for them to get the actual mattress set I wanted, and when it came in it was damaged and was sent back which I understood, not to mention the communication about the mattress was poor. When I called to see had it come in I was told I had to speak with my sales associate who wasn’t there. Knowing I only want to know is it there at the store for me to pick up. I couldn’t know anything about my order unless my sales person was there. Which was bull.. I received a damaged bunk bed that they agreed to replace but the guys who put it together was sent to my to put it together without any instructions or picture of what the bed looked like. So he ended up drilling 4 extra holes in the front of the bed, he didn’t have a clue where the ladder went and I understood. I was told I only needed i bunkie board and when it was delivered I needed 2 they chose not to make that right when it was not my mistake when I wanted to be sure of everything at the time of purchase. Bed put half way together waiting on the new piece to come in. Well the same not as soon as my 9 year old sits on the bed it falls through so now I no longer want the bed so I ask for an exchange, they are telling me they can’t do that unless the price is higher or equal. Well it’s my line of credit and there mess up so why not make the customer happy. Will never make Another purchase here again. And Misty not the best sales person, communication is terrible there. All employees.

I love Badcock furniture. I went yesterday to purchase new mattresses and the staff was very cordial and knowledgeable about their products. Super nice and we had a wonderful experience. We can't wait for our delivery.

I got 2 recliners from Badcock every thing went well until I paid my monthly payment. They took 25.00 out of my 100.00 payment for insurance and I told them that I didn’t want any insurance at all. Misty is saying I did when I know I told her I didn’t want it. Now she is saying she don’t know who to talk to about getting my 25.00 back. I need help getting my money back.

Very unprofessional staff but I guess that’s to be expected in such an area the location it is . No one is thrilled to help the customers as they should be . I don’t feel as if the city doesn’t deserve to have a badcock furniture store .

This lovely peach bashed a woman publicly on Facebook and should be fired from her job. Misty Smith is a response for “Team Sales” and should never be leading anyone for anything. When you work in the public doing a service it’s a true disrespect seeing she went out of the way to humiliate this woman. Also, seeing she represents Badcock is even more appalling. I have been a customer for yes, and will not spend another penny until she is fired.

My complaint would just be to long to share, it was with the manager in the Sylacauga Al. store, he was very rude to me. I always loved going in and looking around and shopping but this manager was rude and unfriendly, I did buy a new living room suite from them, this is the third time I have bought from this store but have no plans to go back.

The store is super clean, the staff are incredibly helpful but they don’t hover while you shop which was important to me. The manager is extremely nice, very professional and I truly enjoyed working with her. I will definitely bring my business here because they treated us so well. I would highly recommend this location!
