“My only objection is their advertisement for a "no credit check or down payment required" to get a vehicle. That wasnt my experience because my credit was checked and eventually had to come up with a down payment. I believe the ad should have been more transparent than what it said. Other than this, my sales person was Thomas and he and his team worked with my financial situation to get my into a better car than I came with. Thank you Toyota of Sylacauga!!”
