Sunday September 13th. car was parked in handicapped area radio was playing wide open!! doors was open also doors was open to Dollar General. There was a black male on inside with 2 female store associates laughing hollering from back of store to front. Black male was standing laughing what females was talking about. one female told male he should move his car he told her it was OK where it was he can see it. They was trying to tell him to leave being nice about it e just wouldn't take the hint or didn't care.
