White Sands RV is a dealership dedicated to serving travelers and making their journeys pleasant. They sell many different brands, with Heartland and Forest River as their main new brands, which offer state-of-the-art features. They offer motorhomes, fifth wheels, toy haulers, travel, destination, and camping trailers with different floor plans and accessories to fit various lifestyles. Customers describe the sales and service team as lovely, friendly, kind, thoughtful, and excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, with excellent communication and timely updates during service. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, taking time to listen and thoroughly resolve problems. They are willing to wiggle customers into busy schedules and provide service at a price well below expectations. Many report nothing but good experiences, rating White Sands as a first-class RV dealer that turns every problem into an exceptionally good experience. They are highly recommended for any RV service need. While response times can sometimes take a little while, the overall customer experience is refreshing and exceptional.
Friendly staff. Took a little while to get back to us, but it's the winter time so it was as expected. Ultimately, we didn't pursue their unit since they not able to compete with other competitors pricing.

Lovely sales and service team. Everyone we interacted with was kind and thoughtful. Ashley, Jamie, and Melissa in financial helped a ton making our decision. The technician that performed our walkthrough, Grant, was both very knowledgeable and helpful.
