Beware of this place. They only have 3 weeks of data for surveillance. I was out of town for 6 weeks and come back to my valuables stolen. They said that they couldn't help with my issue. So I'm out of thousands of dollars and my property is stolen.I would highly suggest not to use this place to store any valuable items. Reason being is that I had all my valuables stolen frome Summerdale self storage. The people who stole my valuables left me with nothing but work to do just to just throw everything else away... they only have 3 weeks of surveillance employees said can't help me find out who stole my property. I wouldn't be surprised if it were the employees that robbed my storage unit.

Good storage rooms with easy access. Storage units are in a locked lot must have code to enter

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Easy access day or night. Plenty of security, I never felt unsafe going there at any time. I emptied my unit after the office was closed (at the end of the month) and when I called the next morning to let them know they had already taken me out of the system so I wouldn’t be charge for the next month.

Highly recommend them for any storage needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained. When I called to inform them that we had finished cleaning out our unit and no longer needed there service, i was informed that they had already prorate reimbursed my card for the remainder of the month. I asked how did she know and she let me know that they make daily morning rounds to check that the units are locked and secured. So upon rounds this morning, seeing that I had taken our lock with us and that the unit was empty she was kind enough to go through the process with the money before I even called. I would say that they went above and beyond with there service and will definitely be using them again for any future needs.
