Sheds on sight might be good but don't let him order you an Eagle carport garage. Had a contract signed with EC before pandemic hit. 13k building.. EC backed out of contract and was going to charge additional money for building. Owner of QMC tried to get them to honor the contract. Not really his fault. My beef is really with Eagle Carports. Eagle carports won't honor their contracts or at least they didn't with me..cannot recommend EC. Hopefully owner of QMC doesn't sell/promote Eagle Carport company anymore.

Ordered a metal building on the 27th of Oct. The owner, Gene Noble, was flustered with Eagle Carports program that generates the purchase order and a rough drawing of the building ordered. He printed out 4 different purchase packages because he was so confused! He had me sign one and I was frustrated and didn't go over it like I should have. Anyways I called Eagle Carports at the end of November to find out the status of my order. To my surprise they informed me that my order had been cancelled because Gene put the order on the wrong form!!! It was a blessing in disguise however because that's when I realized he had the wrong dimensions on the purchase request. I had to call Eagle three different times and each time the person I needed to talk to was either at lunch or in a meeting and never got a call back. Finally I was told that they could not get a hold of Gene as his voice mailbox was full. So I drove back over to Alabama the next weekend and explained how he had screwed up and that the company (and myself 12 times in 3 days) had been trying to contact him. He took down the correct dimensions that I wanted, and also I added two windows. He was supposed to email me the new paperwork prior to submitting it but he OBVIOUSLY didn't! Yesterday I received a text from Eagle Carports thanking me for my order. I immediately called them to verify the correct changes had been made. Lo and behold...Gene screwed up AGAIN!!! He also neglected to tell me that there would be a $250 fee for the engineered drawing that I need so that I can pull the required permits!!! If I hadn't had so much time and effort into this project (and the order is now supposedly a rush order) I would just get my almost $2000 down payment back and tell them they could get bent! I have told Eagle Carports that their "authorized" dealer DOES NOT represent their company well!
