I have to say of all the places I looked for my first tractor, this was the best. The salesmen were quick to answer all my questions as a first time buyer and knowledgeable, and even had great recommendations for changes down the road if I were to change my goals, the customer service was 10/10 for me.

As of Augest 5, 2022 the NH 75 Workmaster is a return. Please see pictures. The engine shaft is damaged, the exterior covers are damaged, the frame paint is damaged, etc. There is unknown white residue drops every where on the tractor. We could not check the tractor performance, as the manager ordered us to leave the dealership as soon as we pointed this problems to him.

Very disappointed with my purchase of the family tractor. My wife purchased a brand new Workmaster 75 tractor from Kingline.I met the office manager in person just a couple of days ago. The brand new tractor broke done after working for about 15-20 minutes with a shredded belt, and an engine over heat condition. This brand-new tractor needed new pulleys, water pump, thermostat, belt tensioner and an alternator. Kingline picked up the tractor on May 4 and apparently had it repaired on June 25.It took Kingline about 2 month to repair it but the office manager apparently did not bother to notify us that they finished their repairs, Kingline's manager never had the courtesy to reach us on the phone and let us know it was ready. We had to contact the New Holland Customer relations team on July 17, in order to get the response from this business.Just like I stated earlier My wife purchased the tractor, I just happen to pay for it. Unfortunately I have no confidence and still unsure of the quality of the repairs since it took 2 month to fix the tractor, and the paperwork provided by Kingline equipment has a conflicting details on service log, missing dates on mechanic notes, unknown mechanic's credentials and mechanic's info. The office manager stating that he does not know who repaired the tractor.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Summerdale location... these people do not know how to call you and let you know if service is done and you can pick your equipment up.
