I ordered a pizza and the lady on the phone said 15-20 min. She asked for my name and I always give my husband's name KJ. She said "AJ" I always just say yes because it's easier that way. Well we pulled in at exactly 20 min after I placed the call and they sold it to the customer before us....what is the point in giving a name if you just sell it to anyone who walks in???? I literally order from them at least once a week. This is probably the rudest experience I've ever had.
