Dr Birdsong was absolutely amazing. We had an after hours emergency with our senior dog and she met me at the clinic and immediately started examining her. I really appreciated the thorough yet financially mindful approach she took to my dogs care as I was on a tight budget but of course still wanted my dog to receive the proper care. The senior student and the tech were also amazing (im sorry I dont remember their names). They were compassionate and understanding and jumped into action. My dog ended up having to stay 2 days and I was called with updates. They really provided me peace of mind as I knew she was being well taken care of. Thank you so much for saving my girl.

Baldwin Animal Clinic is amazing!!! Everyone is so helpful and caring for your fur babies. Roscoe was neutered today and is doing amazing!! Thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby.

After 4 other veterinarians (plus great expense: x-rays, CT-scan, meds, labs, etc.) could not resolve my dog's lameness issue, Dr. Riddick's chiropractic adjustment gave my dog immediate relief and the only improvement in 3 months of suffering. I'm looking forward to future adjustments and total resolution now that Dr. Riddick has identified the problem. It's an hour drive for me, but worth the drive to get my dog the care he needs. Also, the cost was very conservative compared to all the other offices we visited.

We completely trust our horses and dogs to Baldwin. When we have an emergency, they get to us as quickly as possible. The Vets are caring and always patient with questions. Even though there are others closer to us Baldwin is well worth the drive to Summerdale.

I never had one doubt that they cared about both my animals and about me. Emergency vet care with a skilled surgeon is NOT something you stumble upon, it is something you have to look for. Don't wait until it's an emergency to contact these guys because in a crisis situation they will have your back..... This is one relationship I will never give up.

Worse experience ever!!! Will never take my dogs here ever again!! 1200 dollars and they still have no clue at ALL what is wrong with my dog. Not to mention Dr. Tara Riddick is the absolute most rudest vet raising her voice at my mother and brother scolding and belittling them. Will not recommend to any pet lover.

My pup got hit early this morning, and she was taken to Baldwin Animal Clinic and they made sure she was comfortable and taken care of. I couldn’t thank this group of people enough for keeping our little pup safe and comfortable. Very friendly staff, with the biggest hearts.

Dr Leger came to Longleaf Animal Sanctuary to do a wellness checks on the 10 cows that are residents who will be living out their lives in peace knowing nothing but love.
Dr Leger is very knowledgeable and reassuring. Along with Dr Leger was Dallas who was an absolute delight.

The staff was great. However, if you have disgust for corporate greed you may want to choose a different office if there are any left. They were recently bought out by a a corporation who will literally treat your family pet like an impounded car! Emergencies happen and people should be allowed a payment plan without having to use “care credit”.It should be illegal to hold an animal and rack up daily fees until they can finally afford to bring their loved one home. SCUMBAGS.
