Shanna in the pharmacy really needs to watch how she talks to people. Absolutely no reason to be so disrespectful to costumers. If you hate your job that bad, find something else. And it’s the girl with the pink hair and a nose ring. It’s sad that some places will hire just anyone.

One star because it won't let you put you can have 10 prescription and if you have one controlled substance they try to make you go to a different pharmacy which is illegal in the state of Alabama to use more than one pharmacy and they know they give you the wrong days to show up they tell you to wait and waste your time when they can just tell you to go home and come back another day worst customer service ever worst pharmacy ever even gave wrong medication should have kept it because then I would have had a lawsuit but being nice and I noticed my name on it I gave it back I guarantee you that will never happen again

The new woman pharmacist needs customer service training she is short and curt with her talking to peole.a couple in front of us were asking them what type of medication they had she was rude and loud told them if you hadn't torn off label could have known it was Dramamine. My opinion if you have such an attitude stay home or go some where else. Service horrible.

This Walgreens pharmacy staff, as a whole, are the most rude inconsiderate people I have dealt with. I use to have all of my prescriptions filled there, but switched everything to another pharmacy. They all seem miserable that they have to work and do not hide that from their customers.
