I've used Verizon for years and they have good customer service. My only problem is I cannot get service in certain stores especially one I go to often The Dollar General. I have this problem in every DG I go in. It may not be Verizons fault but that is my only concern.

Definitely would only use this location in walker county the Jasper location has always been poor customer service including announcing a incorrect balance on my account to a room full of people to dismissing me totally after waiting for an hour

The worst service ever!! Rude for no reason and unhelpful. I had to place an order for pick up at this store because it was the closest one with an Apple Watch. My order was mysteriously canceled but only at that store and nowhere in the Verizon system. The girl I spoke with was so rude, unconcerned, and unhelpful. I’d rather drive out of state next time. Awful service. Zero stars.
