Doesn't like returning calls. Doesn't seem to care if they rent a storage unit or not. I hope I'm not talking about all of the USA mini storage businesses, but I am pointing at the one in sumiton al.

So our storage unit was broken into, the man who owns this storage place tells us that we are on our own. He doesn't replace the latch or locks for 6 months, then tells us we need to pay on it for the months that the unit wasn't able to lock.
