This place is a complete dump. I have been trying to find a car wash in this area that works and there are just not any. This place was dirty, and the only thing that worked with the thing that took your money and the rinse setting. The soap brush did not work at all and that’s probably a good thing because it was so nasty you would not want to put it on your car, the high-pressure soap did not work. The pre-soak did not work so somebody please open up a decent car wash.

Terrible... The rinse feature and the brush kinda work but has less pressure than a shower. All the other spray settings do nothing. Been this way a while, so owner doesn't care that they're selling a product they can't/won't produce. Don't waste your money

Car wash was ok. They had all the amenities, but the lights didn’t work at the car wash, the water did not drain, and I could not hit any towels because Al the machines were outta order!

I paid for the 16$ rain x and wax and did not get it. When I pulled around and told the attendant he pretty much call me a lie . I’ve been through it many times and know when the wax and rain x comes down on the windshield.

Crew is always smiling and pleasant and helpful. The new equipment is great gets the front and back of my vehicle way better then before. I've gotten the wrong wash a couple times but every time it happens tho josh and mike explain what happened and always send me back through for the right wash.

Trash is usually running over, tire cleaner is always empty, bays are piled with mud and half of them don't work.

Ummm. Yeah. I just moved here from Raleigh, I'm not a newbie to the wash club program concept per month. So it was an easy sell to me. However, this car wash scratched my car really bad. A body shop shared with me it would be upwards of $3k to repaint the panels that this wash damaged on my car. Having it buffed/sanded costs around $100 and I was able to get about 80% of the scratches. Uno stars for you Richard! Thanks for looking into my claim, looks like there have been a lot of other people with scratched up cars from your car wash.
