The staff is as useless as this bank or app is I miss comp bank if you want access to your account or your money at any point in time do not trust these people with your money

Careful! PNC SUMITON will sell you services they cannot provide. You walk in with money and then it gets tied up and you will be unable to access your funds!

I hate to use PNC online banking or to call for a balance. Neither are user friendly!! I never had a problem using online banking or obtaining a phone balance before Compass became PNC!! This is ridiculous!!! I am NOT a satisfied customer!!
