One of my family members requested they hold the mail so we could pick it up early, the lady on the phone said they could not do that. Come to find out they held it without telling us. They also threw one of my orders I was shipping out and broke the entire contents of the box with it being wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper to where it couldn't move. Alot of the employees are nice but it has just been disappointing
