“BJ and Quinn saved me thousands of dollars when the dealer wanted to change my whole transmission out. Ended up being a intake and outtake sensor causing the trans to jerk. They could have charged a few thousand and said they changed it out, but didn't. A 7000$ transmission turned into 240$. Since then I have used them. I will always bring my vehicles to them. If that doesn't say trustworthy, I don't know what does. ?????? ?????”

“Being in the automotive industry myself and purchasing over 100 cars I have had about every car buying experience someone could have. This is the second time I have gone out to a dealership far from home (19 Hour Drive back to New Hampshire) The owner, the management and the sales team is great. The communication was outstanding for what I was expecting from a dealership down south getting a phone call from someone in New Hampshire wanting to buy a truck unseen many didn’t take me serious and didn’t get back to me. I trusted them and they proved themselves to be excellent. I arrived and looked at the truck. It was exactly as described and everything was done we agreed to. They were very matter-of-fact of what had been done and what had been done and no stories or gimmicks before I jumped on a plane. If you are looking for a shiny new car dealership with granite floors, and everyone in suits, ready to take your money this is not the dealership for you. If you are like me looking for good people and a good business that focuses on customers This is the place and a big selection of good cars. This isn’t me just posting right after a purchase either I drove the truck home for 18 hours and took it to get my state safety inspection this morning where it passed with flying colors. Also to be fair in the reality of the world if your buying a used car everyone just remember if you’re not a car mind reader most likely no one else in the world is!!! remember you’re buying a used car!! “Very professional and easy to work with. We worked with Layken Houk, who was very easy to work with abs very knowledgeable about the car and the process. The process for buying a car can sometimes be a laborious task that can drag on all day. They were able to do the leg work on financing, etc. before we arrived and filing our the paperwork was relatively painless.

“I had car trouble on I-59 south heading to Gadsden on a Friday night, and I struggled for a long time to find anyone that could help me on a Friday night. Luckily, Autow's Wrecker & Garage were willing to help. They listened to me explain what happened and when it turned out to be something that can only be fixed in a shop, they offered to help. Unfortunately, they were busy and fully admitted they wouldn't be able to look at it for a while. When I expressed interest in getting my car to some place closer to my home, they recommended a couple of mechanic shops in Fort Payne. They even went above and beyond, and tried to contact the mechanic shop to make sure they weren't too busy, but there was no answer on a Friday night. They also offered to tow my car to that shop in Fort Payne, even though they are based in Attalla. They even got the tow truck headed my way in between our 2 phone calls. The tow truck driver, Jake, did a great job and was friendly and helpful. Autow's went above and beyond to help me, someone they never had met and likely never will, on a Friday night, when others didn't want to answer the phone. Autow's were extremely helpful, provided expert service and advice, performed a good job, were open and honest about their capabilities and likely shop delays, they offered alternate solutions to my specific problem, and even offered additional help and services days later. I highly recommend Autow's Wrecker & Garage for any automobile issues you may have. Honest mechanics who do a high quality job, with a genuine desire to help, are hard to find. “I would highly recommend this auto center! My friend and I were about to get on the interstate when one of our tires felt low. We couldn't tell what was wrong so we stopped her about 15 minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to stay and fix the issue for us.
