They weren't able to fix my specific issue while traveling but they did everything they could for hours to find out if someone has the part I needed or I got somewhere that had the right part, also the only guy for 100 miles that could accurately pinpoint the mechanical issue. I would have been extremely screwed 1000s of miles from home without their help

My regular mechanic was too busy and he referred my vehicle to Douglas automotive and they took care of my maintenance issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I never dealt with them directly but I am very satisfied with the maintenance work they did on my vehicle.

Terrible experience. This place had my massimo utv for 3 weeks and fixed nothing! They do not keep in contact with you and most time the answer machine is on and they do not return your call. They stated they ordered parts but was not true. Called massimo main company and found out no parts were ordered. Main company contacted them also. They promised to fixed and stated parts would be ordered. Another week goes by. No response. Main company had to call and we had to pick up our Massimo utv in same shape as we brought to them. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They didn't fix either problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
